JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
JLPT stands for Japanese Language Proficiency Test. It is a standardized test to evaluate and certify the Japanese language proficiency of non-native speakers. The test is conducted twice a year in Japan and other countries around the world.
The JLPT consists of five levels, ranging from N5 (the easiest) to N1 (the most difficult). N5 tests basic Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and kanji, while N1 tests advanced Japanese skills and knowledge of more complex grammar structures and idiomatic expressions.
The JLPT is widely recognized by universities, employers, and immigration authorities in Japan and other countries as a measure of Japanese language proficiency. Many people take the JLPT to improve their job prospects, to study in Japan, or to simply demonstrate their Japanese language ability.
